From time to time we all have questions. Here are the most frequently asked questions from our members to help save you time.

I am worried about Qualified Opinions having my personal information. How do I know it is safe?

YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION IS PROTECTED BY LAW

Qualified Opinions strictly adheres by the privacy act and agrees with Australian laws regarding member privacy. Please review our privacy policy which is located on our Home Page (http://www.qualifiedopinions.com/privacy.php). We also follow the Australian Market & Social Research Societies (AMSRS website - http://www.amsrs.com.au) guidelines regarding the collection and use of personal information. As a result, we will never disclose personal information which can identify a panel member to any other organisation or company without a member expressing permission to do so. Information provided by members is only reported in aggregate form. Qualified Opinions does not send direct mail, and any communication with you will be either via email, or phone. It is therefore very important to always update your personal details should they change.

I have forgotten my Password/Username- How can I access this?

Your username is simply the email address you used to register with Qualified Opinions. To access your password simply click on the 'MEMBERS LOGIN' section in the top right hand corner of the Home Page Screen. This will take you to a page that will ask you to enter your email and password. To the right you will notice a 'FORGOTTEN YOUR PASSWORD' icon. Click on this and you will be asked to enter your email. Once you have completed this step your password will be sent to the email address provided.

How do I check my Lotto Numbers & how do I know if i've won?

Your lotto number can be checked by logging into your account. Once logged in click on 'SURVEYS & COMPETITIONS' and then on 'MY ENTRIES', your lotto numbers will appear under the month in which you completed the survey. The Lotto numbers you receive work in conjunction with the Lotto run in your home state.

If you have won any rewards we will always contact you by email. If email contact is unsuccessful, we will then follow- up with a phone call. It is therefore very important to update your email address should it change, so that you can receive your rewards.

How does the Lotto Syndicate actually work?

The syndicated nature of the Lotto entries means that you share your Lotto Numbers with up to 250 people. Therefore, if you win Division 1 or 2 the proceeds will be distributed between up to 250 people - depending on how many people form the syndicate. Unfortunately Division 3, 4 & 5 falls outside our payout parameters. Members who have winnings that fall outside Division 1 and 2 will receive a syndicated entry into the next Saturday Night Superdraw (a draw in which the prize pool is substantially higher compared to the normal lotto draw).

I've had a win in my Lotto Syndicate, when can I expect payment?

As per our terms and conditions Qualified Opinions only rewards Divisions 1 and 2. You can review our Terms and Conditions here

The URL address provided in the confirmation email doesn't work - What do I do to confirm registration?

It is advised that rather than clicking on the URL link provided to you in the email, you copy and paste it into your web browser. If you still appear to be having problems we advise trying to confirm registration from another computer as your browser may be having difficulty in viewing the website.

If the URL link is not evident in the email sent, you can also re-send the confirmation email to yourself to obtain the required link. To access the link simply click on the 'MEMBER'S LOGIN' section in the top right hand corner of the Home Page Screen (http://www.qualifiedopinions.com). You will then be asked to enter your username and password. This will then direct you to another page where you must choose the option; 'CLICK HERE TO RE-SEND YOUR REGISTRATION EMAIL'.

How do I update my personal details should they change?

You can do this through the Qualified Opinions Website (http://www.qualifiedopinions.com) by logging into the members area using your email address and password. On the left hand side of the screen you will view 'YOUR MEMBER PROFILE' which lists all your personal information. Simply click on the personal details you want to amend and update these.

How will I know if I am a $50 Cash OR $50 Fuel Card Winner?

$50 Cash OR $50 Fuel Card winners will always be notified via email to advise of their winnings. If email contact is unsuccessful Qualified Opinions will follow-up members via a phone call. It is therefore very important to update your email address should it change, so that you can receive your rewards

When I logged in to complete a survey I was advised that the survey has closed. What does this mean?

In certain circumstances some studies can close earlier than expected due to an unusually high response rate to a survey invitation. Sometimes members are quicker to respond than average and a project is completed before the specified closing date. To avoid disappointment, and such events occurring, we encourage you to respond to survey invitations as soon as you receive them.

How do I participate in surveys?

When you are selected to complete a study we will send an email notification to you. Alternatively you can log into the Qualified Opinions Members Area and look under 'SURVEYS AND COMPETITIONS' to see if anything has been assigned to you.

We will always notify you by email when a survey is ready for you to take. It is therefore very important to update your email address should it change, so that you can receive your rewards.

Where Is Lotto Run?

The Lotto Draw is the Lotto run in your home state. If you login to your account and click on 'SURVEYS AND COMPETITIONS' and then click on 'MY ENTRIES' your Lotto Numbers will appear under the Month in which you completed the survey.
